1. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order has been processed, you will receive another email with your tracking information.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Estimated Delivery Time: 10-21 business days.
    • Cost: Flat rate of 3.99.
  • International Shipping:

    • Estimated Delivery Time: 15-51 business days, depending on the destination.
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout. Please note that customs fees, taxes, and duties may apply, and these are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your order’s journey.
  • Tracking Updates: Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Delivery Areas: We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, some regions may have restrictions, and we will notify you during the checkout process if there are any issues with your shipping address.
  • P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

5. Delays & Issues

  • Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, or delays from the shipping carrier may impact delivery times.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Pearl Queen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue.

6. Changes to Shipping Address

  • Address Modifications: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at messageinabottle@thepearlqueen.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been processed, changes may not be possible.
