How to Use:
Apply your favorite regular polish. Let it dry.
Apply transparent base. Don't let it dry fully.
When the base is a bit sticky to the touch it's time to brush on a thin layer of Liquid Chrome Nail Powder.
When the chrome is fully dried rub it until you get the chrome brilliance. Repeat this step (or not) depending on how much shine you want!
